Accessing the Community Portal

In the address of your browser copy and paste or enter: https://propmgtgrp.vmsclientonline.com/

    For the User ID you will enter your account number
    For your password, you will enter the password you were emailed that was auto generated. If you do not know your password, you will click Forgot Password and enter the email address you have received emails from the management company previously.
    You are now on the main page of your community site! There are 5 Tabs Available. We have broken down the option below.

APPLICATION

Documents: Here you can view the current budgets, financials , acc forms, meeting minutes, newsletters, all recorded governing documents, and other board approved documents.

Account Link: Provides your access information.

SUMMARY

This shows your account basics and current balance and where to send payments.

E-PAY

This is where you can choose how to make electronic payments. Your account information will be auto filled based on your user profile information.

FORMS

In this section we have added a few forms you may need from time to time to keep your community updated: pet registration in case your pet is lost, tenant registration if you rent your property is available.
