2025 Annual Meeting Follow Up/ Trash Can Storage Reminder

Thank you for your participation in the 2025 annual meeting. Attached are the meeting minutes and approved budget.

This information is also saved on the community website.

We have added new features on your website based on the feedback received.

1. A new tab under the Documents called Plats and all of the Recorded Plats for all phases are available now for your review.
2. Under About Us, we have provided the “MYFW” instructions sheet for the City app where you can report street light outages, road concerns, abandoned vehicles and boats in the community and much more! Check it out!

Last, as a friendly reminder- please ensure after you bring your trash can up from the street and store out of street view. Do not leave it in front of your garage door or front door.

This is a compliance requirement listed in your current deed restrictions.
